Brian Fonseca, Ph. D.
Co-Founder, CEO
Brian is a defense and national security leader with experience across the U.S. military, government intelligence and academia. He currently serves as Vice Provost for National Security & Defense and Director of FIU’s Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy.
At ARSOFT US, he leads the company’s defense and security strategy, with a focus on XR, AI-driven modernization and emerging technologies.
Juan Carlos del Valle
Co-Founder, COO
Juan Carlos is an executive with more than 25 years of experience across government, higher education and the private sector. He has led major funding, workforce and technology initiatives at institutions including the University of Miami and Florida International University.
At ARSOFT US, he oversees operations and business development, building the partnerships and strategic relationships that support the company’s growth in the United States.

Aidan is a business development and strategy professional with a background in international business, cybersecurity and national security. His experience includes cyber threat intelligence and research at FIU’s Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy.
