2025: The year ARSOFT took extended reality further than ever

Balance ARSOFT 2025: Un año de innovación en XR
ARSOFT closes 2025 as a landmark year of growth, innovation and global expansion. EyeFlow and LAIA XR have solidified their position as essential XR platforms for industry and healthcare, empowering professionals to digitalize processes, improve training and enhance surgical planning. With milestones such as the national media spotlight on LAIA XR, ARSOFT’s selection for the 35 Mules innovation hub in the U.S., and its presence at major international events, the company continues to democratize Extended Reality and demonstrate its real-world impact. As ARSOFT looks toward 2026, its mission remains clear: to make advanced XR technologies accessible, practical and transformative for organizations worldwid

If we had to describe 2025 at ARSOFT with one word, it would be momentum. It has been a year of consolidation, international expansion and, above all, the confirmation that our Extended Reality solutions are not the future: they are the present, already transforming industry and healthcare.

Year-end summaries are always filled with numbers, but beyond the data, what truly matters to us is knowing that more and more professionals trust EyeFlow and LAIA XR to digitalize their processes, train their teams and save lives. Because in the end, that’s what it’s all about: putting technology at the service of people.

EyeFlow and LAIA XR: When technology becomes accessible

This year, our two flagship platforms made an enormous qualitative leap. They not only improved technically, but also proved their value in real, complex and demanding environments.

EyeFlow has strengthened its position as the go-to tool for digitalizing technical manuals and creating immersive industrial experiences. What once required months of development and specialized teams can now be done in hours. And the best part: any company can do it, with no need for advanced technical knowledge. We brought EyeFlow to sectors as diverse as defense, naval, automotive and railway industries, proving that Extended Reality is not for the few—it’s a tool within everyone’s reach.

Meanwhile, LAIA XR has revolutionized the way doctors plan surgeries. With more than 2,000 validated clinical cases, this platform combines Artificial Intelligence and Extended Reality to transform medical images into explorable 3D models. Surgeons can literally “enter” the patient’s body before operating, reducing risks, improving precision and making more informed decisions.

The moment the whole country saw us

One of the most special moments of 2025 arrived in November, when La Sexta Noticias and Antena 3 featured LAIA XR in their news coverage. This media spotlight not only highlighted our team’s hard work, but also showcased the potential of Spanish innovation in a field as crucial as healthcare. Because yes, we can be proud: this technology is born, developed and perfected right here in Spain.

Crossing Borders: The international leap

If 2024 was the year we consolidated our position in the national market, 2025 was the year we looked beyond our borders—and we did just that.

In September, ARSOFT was selected to join the fourth cohort of 35 Mules, the prestigious innovation hub led by Florida Power & Light Company in the United States. Out of 172 candidates from 16 countries, EyeFlow stood out as a solution capable of transforming how companies manage their technical documentation. This opportunity not only opens doors to the U.S. market but positions us as global leaders in XR technologies applied to industry.

But we didn’t stop there. In October, LAIA XR traveled to Mexico City to participate in Medical Expo 2025, the largest medical technology event in Latin America. Together with our exclusive distributor in Mexico, Sincronía Médica Aplicada (SIMA), we presented the platform to hundreds of healthcare professionals. The interest was overwhelming—doctors, radiologists, biomedical engineers and hospital managers explored how this technology could change their way of working.

Present wherever innovation makes a difference

This year we also participated in key events that allowed us to showcase our work, connect with industry professionals and learn from other innovation leaders.

In May, our participation in FEINDEF 2025 was a resounding success. For three days, we presented EyeFlow and LAIA XR to representatives from the Ministry of Defense, armed forces and companies in the sector. Live demonstrations made it clear how our solutions can enhance training, operational capabilities and medical care in military contexts.

We also attended FITECU, where LAIA XR captured the attention of medical specialists by demonstrating how Artificial Intelligence and Extended Reality can be successfully applied to 3D surgical planning. In addition, we participated in events such as the Investor Day of Madrid in Game, the Salamanca Tech Summit and the Emplea Talento Fair at IME Business School, reaffirming our commitment to young talent.

Each of these events allowed us to keep learning, improving and, above all, proving that Extended Reality is much more than a promise of the future.

Democratizing technology: Our purpose

At ARSOFT, our mission is clear: to make XR technologies accessible to everyone. Innovation shouldn’t be reserved for large corporations with huge budgets. It should be within reach of any company, hospital or institution that wants to improve its processes and offer better services.

That’s why we work every day to eliminate the technical barriers that have long hindered the adoption of these technologies. We’ve designed intuitive platforms that let users create immersive content without programming knowledge. We’ve reduced digitalization costs by more than 90%. And we’ve shown that the complex can be made simple.

This commitment to technological democratization has also led us to participate in projects with social impact. In 2025, we contributed our expertise to initiatives such as DATAGIA, focused on the digital transformation of the agri-food sector; industrial transformation projects like MAQCYL, focused on predictive maintenance; and the development of solutions for active aging.

When technology improves lives

One of the areas of work that brings us the most satisfaction is active aging. This year, in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Zamora and the University of Salamanca’s School of Nursing, we developed a Virtual Reality application designed to improve the quality of life of older adults.

This tool allows users to learn about healthy eating, physical activity and fall prevention through immersive and personalized virtual environments. This project demonstrates how technology can help older adults adopt healthier habits quickly, easily and—most importantly—motivationally.

A course that opened doors

Another milestone this year was the digital twin course we held in Salamanca. Aimed at both professionals and the general public, the course had a significant impact and allowed us to bring advanced technology concepts to people with very diverse backgrounds. Explaining what a digital twin is, how it works and its applications in industry, medicine or smart cities was an enriching experience. And the feedback confirmed the enormous interest people have in learning more about these technologies and their potential.

Looking ahead to 2026

Closing 2025 with this balance fills us with pride, but also with responsibility. We know there is still much to do, and every achievement is only the starting point for new challenges.

For 2026, we want to continue growing internationally, strengthening our strategic alliances and, above all, continuing to demonstrate that EyeFlow and LAIA XR are essential tools for any organization looking to lead digital transformation.

We want more hospitals, more companies and more institutions to trust in us. We want to keep developing projects with social impact. And we want to remain the company that makes the complex simple, accessible and, above all, useful.

Because at ARSOFT, we don’t create technology for the sake of creating. We build solutions that transform realities, improve processes and ultimately improve lives.

2025 has been a great year—but we are convinced that the best is yet to come.
