Phase 1 of this project seeks to investigate, develop and build a software tool that allows workers to more easily control production processes.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
In this project, which collaborates with ARSOFT, Industrias Maxi and the FACYL automotive cluster, they are investigating techniques for advanced visualization of machine states by taking advantage of the advantages of XR technologies.
ARSOFT as a company expert in XR technologies applied to the industrial sector, is developing an Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality system that connects with IoT platforms to show workers in a simple way the health status of the machines they work with.
This system allows engineers to define critical states of each machine based on different sensorized IoT parameters and show these states in a virtual representation or Digital Twin of the different machines.
With this investigation we help industrial companies to improve both the predictive and corrective maintenance of their machines. On the other hand, machinery manufacturers can have advanced control platforms to offer their customers, thanks to the collaboration between the partners of this project, all the objectives proposed in this investigation are being achieved.

Arsoftes is a specialized company developing Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR&VR) systems for the industrial sector, transforming traditional production processes into digital production processes. It has developed its own authoring platform for the digitalization of industrial processes with XR technologies called EyeFlow.
MAXI INDUSTRIES
INDUSTRIAS MAXI is an engineering company with its own manufacturing of comprehensive services for the industrial sector, offering comprehensive development (Study, design, fabrication, assembly and implementation of Industrial Solutions). The R+D Department is of vital importance in helping to generate new products that make it possible to provide complex solutions ahead of time to detect market needs.
FACYL AUTOMOTIVE CLUSTER
FACYL, Castilla y León Automobile Cluster, established in 2001, brings together the main actors in the automotive sector, across the entire value chain, from the sector in Castilla and León. FACYL currently has 89 partners who employ 28,000 direct workers and generate a turnover of 8,230 million euros.
